Hash Marks
Feb 26, 2024The hash marks are the two rows of small markings that are located toward the middle of the field.
These field markings are used to spot the football after the play. This is how players know where to align for the next play.
Example: Player is tackled on the 23-yard line. The ball will be spotted at the hash marks that represent the 23-yard line.
