I Form Weak
Feb 06, 2024Weak formation is the cousin to the strong formation and is a variation of the I-Formation/\.
In the weak formation, you will have a the QB FB and RB lineup in the backfield.
The FB will be lined up in the backfield toward the WEAK side of the formation.
This will give you an additional blocker on the weakside of the formation, which could be helpful in pass protection.
